Jane joined the team in 2005 to assist the Managing Partners with their day-to-day responsibilities. She is now working with the Communications and Events teams, which includes supporting key outreach activity.

Previous to joining IRIS, Jane worked as Head of Purchasing for  branded clothing for SFADT and the Executive Assistant to the President of Fortis Investments while supporting PR and fundraising efforts of cultural foundations and associations.

She started her career as an entrepreneur, launching The American Institute for professional language training and services for law firms and large distribution chains. She leads the Diversity and Inclusion chair of AAWE (Association of American Women in Europe) and is active in the outreach, partnership, and project management aspects of several educational, social justice, environmental, and artistic non-profits associations.

Jane holds a BA in Communications from UMKC (Missouri, USA) and an MBA in International Affairs from CESCI in Paris (France).
