Silvia joined the IRIS team in Berlin in 2022 as an Analyst working on late-stage and growth investments across Europe.

After starting her career in Milan as a Junior Consultant in the Finance Transformation team at EY, she joined Gorillas' Central Operations department in 2021, where she worked on improving operations & logistics processes along the supply chain.

Silvia graduated magna cum laude from Bocconi University, where she obtained her MSc degree in Management & Entrepreneurship and BSc in International Economics, with study exchanges in China and The Netherlands.
